Cupertino has had one of the biggest Eichler home areas in the bay area until recently. Here at D&J Pest Control, we have been getting a lot of requests for rodent inspections, which is a requirement for homes that are to be torn down, because they need to be cleared of any rodent infestation. It turns out, when we go to these inspections we have found that 95 % of the these are Eichler homes.
